Camp Overview (Spring + Summer Version)
Code Games. Build Confidence. Have Fun.
In this camp, students learn coding through game creation using Scratch (MIT)—a visual coding platform that feels like playing while learning. Campers build animations, interactive stories, and real game clones (think Flappy Bird, Pac-Man-style mazes, and more). Lessons use characters, analogies, and hands-on challenges to “hide” complex computer science ideas behind fun projects—so students learn faster without feeling overwhelmed.
By the end, campers leave with a mini portfolio of games, stronger logic skills, and the confidence to move into text-based coding later.
