Youth Registration

For youth under the age of 18 this must be completed by your parent or guardian. I hereby grant Community Tech , its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs and video footage of me and my property in connection with the above-identified event/activity. I acknowledge and agree that these photos and videos may be used by Community Tech for marketing, promotional, and public relations purposes including, but not limited to, publications, websites, social media platforms, and presentations. I understand that by participating in this event/activity, I may be photographed or recorded. I agree that my image and likeness may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed, and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. I hereby hold harmless and release Community Tech Group from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate, have or may have by reason of this authorization. I have read this release before checking the box. I fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release.
