In partnership with the DC Department of Employment Services and the Maryland Employment services, we’re empowering and encouraging Latino and Hispanic community to grow, achieve, and thrive.
From your first day, you’ll be gaining valuable skills, earning $17.50 an hour, and working toward certifications that open doors — in customer service, hospitality, and information technology. Each step is guided by mentors and career coaches who help you build confidence, connect with employers, and prepare for long-term success.
